Company Drivers PAY PACKAGE
- $ 0.70 per mile with bonus
- $ 0.55 per mile plus bonus
Bonus Program
0 - 3 years of service
$0.15 per mile bonus at 4000 miles in two week pay period
3 - 5 years of service
$0.15 per mile bonus at 3850 miles in two week pay period
5 - 10 years of service
$0.15 per mile bonus at 3700 miles in two week pay period
10 years plus of service
$0.15 per mile bonus at 3500 miles in two week pay period
Bonus paid on all compensated miles once you hit target. Based on two week pay period. Trips based on ending dates.
A driver with 0-3 years that reaches his 4000 miles in two week pay period will receive a minimum of $600.00 bonus.
Picks and drops
- $25.00 per occurrence in the US and Quebec
- $30.00 per occurrence in Ontario
Wait time (This time will be paid on wait time created by shipper or receiver)
- $20.00 per hour after 2 hours of waiting at customers
Container in/out
- $25.00 per occurrence in the US and Quebec
- $30.00 per occurrence in Ontario
Load Spare (loading two or more trailers at port)
- $75.00 per occurrence
US customs Meat inspection
- $30.00 per occurrence
Trailer washout
- $15.00 per occurrence
Benefit Package after 3 months
RRSP Matching program after 1 year
